The City of Haverhill now accepts online payments for a variety of bills and services, through our online payment partners. This online service gives customers who do business with the City of Haverhill a convenient, efficient, and user-friendly way to pay bills or purchase select city services 24 hours per day,
7 days a week.
For example: Residents can now pay to dispose of their appliances, tires, and propane tanks via this site. This allows residents to dispose of these materials on Saturdays (8:00am to 1:00pm) when City billing offices are closed.

Help our Public Schools
The City
of Haverhill has instituted a voluntary program for contributions
to the School Department's Education
and Scholarship Funds. The Education Fund will support activities
such as Athletics, Fine Arts, and Programs that improve student
achievement. Your donation to the Scholarship Fund will help
worthy and deserving Haverhill residents to further their post
secondary or college education. To make a contribution please
fill out the donation form and
