City of Haverhill February 1, 2005 Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present - President Michitson, Councillors Ryan, Daly O’Brien, Fossarelli, Hart, Scatamacchia, Hall and Macek

Absent - Councillor DesMarais
