May 31, 2005 Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. Present,-President Michitson, Councillors Ryan, Daly O’Brien Fossarelli, Hart, DesMarais, Scatamacchia, Hall and Macek Records of the meeting of May 10 th were approved. Councillor Scatamacchia was appointed to read the records for the weeks of May 17 & 24 th and the present week. _______________________ PETITIONS Application was received for a Tag Day from The Company Theatre Production for Saturday, June 25 th. GRANTED Yeas 9, Nays 0 Document:15-Z Application was received for a Junk Dealer’s license from John Gouldbrough, “T & R Salvage” at 99 Newark st. On motion of Councillor DesMarais to table the application, the yeas and nays were as follows: Yeas 9, Nays 0, and MOTION PASSED and TABLED to JUNE 14 2005 Document:65-D Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini submitting information regarding the City of Haverhill Capital Plan. PLACED ON FILE Document:9-I Communication was received from William Pillsbury Community Development Director requesting to submit the Community Development Block Grant Program’s (CDBG) Five (5) Year Consolidated Plan and Resolution. PLACED ON FILE Document:77-B Communication was received from Councillor Scatamacchia requesting a discussion regarding a stop sign on South Maple st at the intersection of Haseltine st.
