On motion of Councillor DesMarais - acceptance and donation by the applicant of at least 5.12 acres and any additional acreage at the discretion of the Planning Board and the Planning Director, the yeas and nays were as follows:

On motion of Councillor DesMarais that the developer will include 2 of affordable housing, the yeas and nays were as follows:

On motion of Councillor DesMarais that the developer will include 2 units that are accessible and not necessarily the two that are affordable, and consider the first floor for their application, the yeas and nays were as follows:

On motion of Councillor Hart in the event that the nineteen acres or any of the open space is controlled by a homeowners association there would be a condition that the open space be considered for public access for passive recreation use, the yeas and nays were as follows:

On motion that the pumping/lift station be maintained by the homeowners association to the percentage of the extent by which it is being used by the homeowners association, the yeas and nays were as follows:

Attorney James Waldron and Mr Cohen of Beacon Properties appeared in favor and no one appeared in opposition. See the letter attached from Attorney Waldron to amend the document by adding to the City Council Conditions the comments of the Planning Director and all of the Reports from the City Departments.

On motion of Councillor DesMarais that all the residences will be in 25 Locust Street and not in the parking lot, the yeas and nays were as follows:

On motion of Councillor DesMarais that 5% of the units would be handicap accessible, the yeas and nays were as follows:

On motion of Councillor Hart that there will be one deeded space per unit and there be enough spaces to accommodate a ratio of 1.5 spaces per unit, the yeas and nays were as follows:
