Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.
Present,-President Hart, Councillors Hall, Hetel, Swartz, Daly O’Brien, Scatamacchia, Macek, Ryan and Curtin
Records of the last meeting were approved.
Councillor Daly O’Brien was appointed to read the records for the present week.
Notice was received from David J Swartz of his resignation from the Haverhill Historic Commission. Said resignation effective December 30 2005.

Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini requesting that he and Police Chief DeNaro be allowed to address the Council regarding recent crime statistics in the City and also the Governor’s proposals to increase spending on community policing.
