Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.
Present,-President Hart, Councillors Hall, Hetel, Swartz, Daly O’Brien, Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek and Curtin
Records of the last meeting were approved.
Councillor Hetel was appointed to read the records for the present week.
Petition was received from the Haverhill Antique Market and The Tap requesting permission to use the Riverfront Park for the second annual Pumpkinfest on October 21 st and 22 nd.

Hearing was held on Document 109, a petition from Verizon New England requesting a conduit location on Groveland Rd. With Robert Grassia appearing in favor and Anthony Sciacca and Tammy Taylor appearing in opposition, the hearing was closed.

Hearing was held on Document 77-C, a petition from Anthony Polizzotti requesting a Special Permit to allow a used car dealership at 210 River st for 12 vehicles. With Anthony Polizzotti appearing in favor and no one in opposition, the hearing was closed.
On motion of Councillor Macek to amend as follows: “At this time there will be no fencing and should he wish to install fencing the petitioner would have to come back to the City Council for approval” the yeas and nays were as follows:
