Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Hall, Hetel, Swartz, Daly O’Brien, Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek and Curtin

Records of the last two meetings were approved.

Councillor Scatamacchia was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Petition was received from Jean-marc & Cristina Dorestant requesting to purchase City property abutting 1 Foster st which appears to be a paper street.

On motion of Councillor Macek that document be amended as follows:

Under Location, delete the number “100” and insert in place thereof the number “205”, the yeas and nays were as follows:

and further amended:

NEW BUSINESS

Councillor Scatamacchia introduced Document 32 To Wit: ORDERED: That the City of Haverhill be and hereby is authorized to accept an easement from Walker-Bradford Series,
a series of Walker development, LLC to it, in furtherance of the conditions of the subdivision
approval.

On motion of Councillor Macek to accept Hoyt Road as a public way with the condition that all City department reports are included in the recommendation and any associated costs in recording fees of easement and deeds would be the responsibility of the petitioner, the yeas and nays were as follows:

Yeas,-Councillors Hall, Hetel, Swartz, Daly O’Brien, Scatamacchia, Macek, Ryan and President Hart 8, Nays,-Councillor Curtin 1, and MOTION PASSED

On the question of passage as amended, the yeas and nays were as follows:
