Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Hall, Hetel, Swartz, Daly O’Brien, Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek and Curtin

Records of the last two meetings were approved.

Councillor Ryan was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini requesting to address Council regarding Urban River Visions for Downtown Waterfront on Saturday, March 31st.

Application was received for a Special Permit from Attorney James Waldron representing Ronald & Alba Roderick to construct a five-unit multifamily dwelling on Auburn st; Assessor’s Map 610, Block 491, Lot 15.

Communication was received from Attorney Richard Sheehan Jr representing Merrimack Valley Hospice requesting to acquire 40 acres on North Avenue; Assessor’s Map 633, Block 11, Lot 2A for Hospice House.

On motion of Councillor Ryan to amend document as follows: Merrimack Valley Hospice is requesting to acquire a 50-foot strip of land in its development, the yeas and nays were as follows:
