Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Hall, Hetel, Swartz, Daly O’Brien, Scatamacchia, Macek, Ryan and Curtin

Records of the last two meetings were approved.

Councillor Swartz was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Petition was received from Verizon New England and MA Electric Co requesting a joint pole
location on Greenlawn av.
VOTED: that HEARING BE HELD OCTOBER 23 2007 94 Notice of Hearing was received from the U S Army Corp of Engineers for National Grid regarding a permit application to conduct work in various waters of the United States as listed, with comment period no later than November 2nd. PLACED ON FILE 18-D

Application was received for an Inflammable license from Lowe’s Home Center, 25 Computer dr to store no more than 30,000 gallons of combustible liquids, aerosols and various chemical retail products aboveground.
