Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.
Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.
Records of the last meeting were approved.
Councillor Macek was appointed to read the records
for the present week.
Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini requesting
Council consider granting authorization to waive City’s $180.00
advertising notice fee for Nettle School PTO before Planning Board
assessed to erect a sign outside Nettle School.
Councillor Ryan arrives in Council Chambers.
On motion of Councillor Scatamacchia to suspend the rules for a discussion relative to an update on design issues associated with
the Intermodal Transit Center and Parking Garage on Moulton Way and Granite Street, the yeas and nays were as follows:

City Clerk Toomey introduced Document 38-G To Wit: ORDERED: That the Mayor be and is authorized to enter into
a right of way agreement on behalf of the City with MassHighway
Department, Commonwealth of Massachusetts for construction and
related activities associated with the “Ferry rd over MBTA” project.
