Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Quimby was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Carolyn Rabson to the HAVERHILL HISTORIC COMMISSON. Said appointment effective October 14, 2008 to expire December 8, 2008.

On motion of Councillor Hall to "Vote to require additional information/study as set forth in the memo dated October 14, 2008 by William Pillsbury as provided for in zoning ordinance Chapter 255-80 D-13 in order to adequately evaluate the scope and potential impacts of the proposed project as detailed above".

On motion of Councillor Daly O'Brien to amend the document as follows: in Section 255-6 Definitions - reduction from 20% of gross floor space to 15%; and also add after the words "Associated Clubhouse" - the words "Related to a Golf Course".
