Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Macek was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini vetoing Document 132-B, Regarding Tax Classification - Order to set residential factor for FY 2009 and also requests new Hearing to set a new tax rate for City. 132-BB

Document 132-B, Order that the residential factor for fiscal year 2009 be adopted as 0.914524 (passed 11/18/08) VETOED by Mayor PLACED ON FILE and VETO STANDS 132-B

Notice was received from the Mayor of the following appointment: Carolyn Rabson to the HAVERHILL HISTORIC COMMISSION. Said appointment effectively immediately to expire December 8, 2011.
