Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Donahue was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Notice of Filing and Public Hearing was received from the Department of Public Utilities regarding petition of Massachusetts and Nantucket Electric Companies d/b/a National Grid, for approval of its Three-year Efficiency Plan for 2010 through 2012; with hearing being held November 30 2009
