Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor LePage was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini submitting Executive Order to abolish the following commissions, boards and task forces:

  • Ad Hoc Committee to Review City Code
  • Ornstein Heel Property Proposal Review Task Force
  • Parking Facility Task Force
  • Mayor’s Task Force to Market Haverhill
  • Waterfront Interim Planning Overlay
  • District Committee
  • Downtown Task Force
    • Also establishing the “Downtown and Waterfront Master Planning Committee
