Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Hall was appointed to read the records for the present week.

HEARINGS

Document 13, petition was received from Stephen Defeo requesting City accept Baypoint Lane as a public way with a favorable recommendation from Planning Board & Planning Director. On motion of Councillor Macek to postpone to March 30, 2010, per request of petitioner.
