Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M., Room 204.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan,
Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Ryan was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Petition was received from Christine Rau/Haverhill Historical Society/ Buttonwoods Museum Trustee and Festival of Tree’s committee member, requesting permission to hang a Festival of Trees banner across Rt 125 in Bradford near the Bradford common from November 22nd to December 6th with a second possible choice of Main st side of parking deck for the same dates
