Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M., Room 204.
Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.
Records of the last meeting were approved.
Councillor Daly O'Brien was appointed to read the records for the present week.
Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini requesting to address Council to give update on City finances & short presentation on Early Retirement Proposal.*

City Clerk Toomey introduced Document 46-B To Wit: ORDERED: That the Mayor being and is hereby authorized on behalf of the City of Haverhill to accept the easement from the Irving S Paley Irrevocable Trust to City relative to the construction and installation of a sewer lift station for Hilldale Avenue, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Councillor Macek presented the minutes of the Natural Resources & Public Property Committee meeting held on October 27, 2010 regarding Doc.
22-F, an Order to declare list of properties surplus and available for sale.
The Committee recommended to remove six properties from the list based on comments from department heads; and Doc. 95, an Order to authorize Treasurer to sell list of properties which were previously declared surplus through public auction. The Committee recommended that the Treasurer be authorized to sell the list of properties through public auction.
ORDERED: That the Treasurer is authorized to sell the attached list of properties which were previously declared surplus through public auction.
