Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.
Records of the last meeting were approved.
Councillor Amirian was appointed to read the records for the present week.
The following appointments were made by Mayor Fiorentini:
Application was received for Hawker/Peddler license from Paul Abare
to sell Christmas trees, wreaths, baskets & kissing balls at 403 River st,
Petition was received from Brittny DeMatteo/Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce announcing Downtown Christmas Stroll December 3rd from 5 pm to 8 pm and also requesting approval for several related items.
Communication was received from Councillor Hall requesting a discussion regarding removal of a handicap parking space at 62 South Central st.
Document 100, petition from Attorney Michael Migliori for John P Giordano requesting Special Permit to build a single-family residence at
90 Amesbury rd WITHIN 500’ OF WATER SUPPLY Assessors’ Map 465, Block 3, Lot 2A with comments from City Departments.

Hearing was held on Document 112, a communication from the
Board of Assessors for Tax Classification for FY 2011. Speaking to the issue were Stephen Gullo, James Jajuga, Mayor Fiorentini, & William Hart.
City Clerk Toomey introduced Document 112-C To Wit: ORDERED: That the City shall adopt a commercial exemption.
