Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M., Room 204.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan,Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Macek was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Debt Service by $200,000 to reflect the recent refunding vote; School Expenses by $667,304 to reflect Chapter 70 funding transferred to Stimulus Grant: And further to appropriate $53,000 from Free Cash to fund fiscal year 2011 Expenditures.

Councillor Hall presented the minutes of the Public Safety Committee Meeting held on November 17, 2010 regarding the bedbug issue in the City.
He read the letter from Capital Waste Management about instituting a sticker program. Mayor Fiorentini was receptive to Capital’s recommendation and stated this is a Board of Health issue and they should come up with a proposal for a sticker program.
