Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M., Room 204.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Ryan was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Councillor Macek presented the minutes of Natural Resources & Public Property Committee meeting held on February 9, 2011. The following actions were taken: Doc. 96 – Ordinance Stadium Commission. Letter to Solicitor Cox asking him to update section 11-64 Membership, according to Council adopting Attorney Magliochetti’s amendment as modified by amendment submitted by Mayor Fiorentini concerning section 11-68 Personnel; Doc. 84-B Letter to Mayor asking him to surplus city land located on Hillcrest Ave., Map 534, Bl. 28, Lot 145; Doc. 108-Y Letter to Mayor asking his office to apply for grant under Mass. Historical Commission from Mass. Preservation Project Fund. Also “to take all necessary steps including, but not limited to, a Home Rule Petition, if necessary along with any and all other documents necessary to culminate in the designation of Eva Valentine as curator of
the Clement Farmhouse.
