Councillor Hall was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Communication was received from Councillor Young requesting a discussion regarding Mayor’s policy preventing Department Heads from speaking with City Councillors.
CO. YOUNG EXPRESSED HIS CONCERNS ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO GET INFORMATION FROM THE AUDITOR. HE REQUESTED A LETTER BE SENT TO THE MAYOR INQUIRING IF THERE IS A POLICY FOR DEPARTMENT HEADS RELEASING INFORMATION TO COUNCILLORS. PLACED ON FILE & LETTER TO MAYOR 5-S
Document 14 – Application was received for Special Permit for multi-family housing on Grand av submitted by Attorney James Waldron for applicant Alan Hope; to build 4 multi-family dwelling units in 2 buildings for rentals/condos.
