Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M., Room 204.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Young, Hall, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.
Absent,-Councillor LePage.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Amirian was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Communication was received from the Mayor requesting that he and Michael Stankovich update the Council on the Energy Efficiency an
and Block Grant program and capital planning which will give means of paying for some needed capital improvements.
MAYOR STATED SINCE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN SUBMITTED IN 2005, $42 MILLION HAS BEEN FUNDED IN CAPITAL PROJECTS; $32 MILLION WENT INTO HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION PROJET, 85% WENT INTO SCHOOL PROJECTS. MR. STANKOVICH STATED ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (EECBG) PAID FOR SOME OF PROJECTS. POWER POINT PRESENTATION WAS GIVEN *
