Petition was received from Attorney James Waldron for applicant Michael Lefevre requesting that Hearing to build multi-family housing; previously set by Council for May 17 be continued to May 24
Mr. Ouellette asked the Council to approve the use of the westerly portion of the upper level of the downtown parking deck including the Bailey Boulevard parking lot from Monday, May 2 thru May 8 for the annual spring carnival.
Communication was received from William Pillsbury Community Development Director requesting approval of Resolution authorizing Mayor to submit 2011-2012 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for City
