Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M., Room 202.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.

Records of the last meeting were not approved.

Councillor Scatamacchia was appointed to read the records for the present week.

HEARING

Hearing was held on Document 68, an Application for Special Permit from Florida Tower Partners to allow construction of a Wireless Communications Facility (140 foot) in the Watershed Protection District on 75 Willow ave with Jacqueline Slaga appearing in favor and no one in opposition, the hearing was closed. A Conditional Favorable recommendation was received from Planning Board and Recommendation to Approve the Special Permit from William Pillsbury, Planning Director.
