1. 5. Order declare emergency involving health & safety of public in accordance with Chapter 44, Section 31D, General Laws providing payment in excess of appropriation for Snow & Ice Removal

6. Order Authorize Mayor to enter into “Extension and Addendum 2 Agreement” to lease agreement between City and Hill View Montessori Charter Public School for premises at 555 Washington st also known as Bartlett School

7. Order authorize Mayor to enter into/execute lease agreement between City of Haverhill and BC Walnut Street LLC for premises at 13-17 Locust st

8. Order authorize Mayor to enter into/execute “Termination of Rights and Easements” agreement on behalf of City of Haverhill with BC Walnut Street LLC and BC Haverhill Lofts LLC relative to property at 13-17 Locust st and 16-18 and 38-42 Walnut st and 21-25 Locust st, 50-54 Locust st, Rear 56-62 Locust st and 33-43 Locke st

9. Order authorize Mayor to execute “Easement Agreement between City of Haverhill and BC Walnut Street LLC and BC Haverhill Lofts LLC” relative to property at 13-17 Locust st, 16-18 and 38-42 Walnut st, 33 and 37-51 Locust st, 2 Walnut st and 21-25 Locust st, 50-54 Locust st, Rear 56-62 Locust st, and 33-43 Locke st
