2. Communication from Mayor Fiorentini submitting materials with regards to MGL Chapter 40, Sections 4J & 4K which allows cities & towns to participate in statewide Public Safety & Public Works Mutual Aid Agreements. Mayor has opted in for the City for both of these agreements
