That the following locations are hereby established as Polling Places for Special and City Elections to be held during the year 2006, in accordance with Chapter 54, Section 24 of Massachusetts General Laws:

*On September 25, 2005 Governor Romney signed legislation, which was then proposed by Mayor Fiorentini and approved by the City Council, allowing the residents at the Washington Square Elderly Housing complex to vote at the same location where they live.
