Records of the last meeting were approved.

real property On motion of Councillor Ryan to postpone for 1 week, the yeas and nays were as follows:

On motion of Councillor Macek to add to the RFP that there be B1 (the barn) and B2 (the grove) when it is finalized and there be option language inserted to allow for the bidding parties to either include the grove parcel or not include it and perhaps share it with the City as we are doing with the parking area. the yeas and nays were as follows:
Yeas,-Councillors Scatamacchia and Macek 2, Nays,-Councillors Ryan, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue, Quimby and President Hart 7, and MOTION NOT PASSED

On motion of Councillor Daly O’Brien to exclude what has been identified as parcel B2 and go forward with the RFP to include B1. The remainder of the area as identified as Clement Farm Parcel be called area C, which is retained by the City. Parcel B2 is available but is not absolute right pursuant to the terms of any lease, the yeas and nays were as follows:
Yeas 9, Nays 0, and MOTION PASSED

On motion of Councillor Macek to pass as amended, the yeas and nays were as follows:
