Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan,Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby. Records of the last meeting were approved. Councillor McGonagle was appointed to read the records for the present week. _______________________ PETITIONS Application was received for a Hawker/Peddler license
from Robert Daly to sell hotdogs, sausages, kielbasa,
pepper steaks, soda, water & chips, outside Riverside Park
Lincoln av; January thru December Monday thru Saturday;
10 am – 10 pm. Applications were received for Tag Days from the following:
GRANTED Yeas 9, Nays 0 Application was received for a 2008 Drainlayer license from
Pete Selfridge. Petition was received for a pole location from National
Grid for Winter st (plan 405038). Petition was received for a conduit location from National
Grid for Locke st (plan 4059381). Petition was received for a conduit location from National
Grid for Winter st (plan 4059381). Abatement report was received from the Board of Assessors
for the month of February 2008. Communication was received from Councillor Hall requesting
a discussion regarding deleting “Police Parking only” space in
front of 141 Winter st. HEARINGS Hearing was held on Document 15, a petition for a Hearing
from Northern Oaks LLC/Josette Doherty, President, requesting
Street Acceptance of Tamarac dr. With Philip Christiansen appearing
in favor and no one in opposition, the hearing was closed. Councillor Ryan introduced Document 15-B

be declared surplus and Authorize Mayor to issue
(request for proposals)RFP for lease of said On motion of Councillor Macek to add to the RFP that
there be B1 (the barn) and B2 (the grove) when it is
finalized and there be option language inserted to
allow for the bidding parties to either include the
grove parcel or not include it and perhaps share it
with the City as we are doing with the parking area.
the yeas and nays were as follows: On motion of Councillor Daly O’Brien to exclude
what has been identified as parcel B2 and go
forward with the RFP to include B1. The remainder
of the area as identified as Clement Farm Parcel
be called area C, which is retained by the City.
Parcel B2 is available but is not absolute right
pursuant to the terms of any lease, the yeas and
