Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Donahue was appointed to read the records for the present week.

On motion of Councillor Hall to suspend the rules to thank Representative Dempsey and legislative delegation for
$2.4 million aide for the Hale debt relief.

On motion of Councillor Ryan to send a letter to Governor Patrick asking him to support the $2.4 million appropriation in the State budget for Hale debt relief, the yeas and nays were as follows:

Document 63-D/06 Municipal Ordinance CHAPTER An Ordinance Relating to Salaries All Depts, Non-Union Parking Control Officer On motion of Councillor Ryan that the Police Department file a quarterly report with the City Council, April, July, October and January for preceding three months, revenue generated from parking enforcement officers after they are hired, with the first report due October 2008.
