Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Quimby was appointed to read the records for the present week.

COMMUNICATIONS

Communication was received from City Economic Development & Planning Director William Pillsbury, requesting Council vote to extend the WIPOD
(Zoning Ordinance-Waterfront Interim Planning Overlay District)for 6 months which was adopted March 31 2009 as provided for in the Ordinance.
On the question of passage the yeas and nays were as follows: Yeas,-Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O'Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Quimby and President Hart 8, Nays,-Councillor Donahue 1, and PASSED 26-BB

HEARINGS

Hearing was held on Document 93, an application from Attorney James Waldron for Barbara Skofield Trustee of DPS Realty Trust applying for Modification of a Special Permit granted for 22-36 Washington st by Council on April 25, 2005 to Garrison Realty Trust, Document 157/2004; requesting that the requirement for one affordable unit be eliminated with Attorney James Waldron appearing in favor and no one in opposition, the hearing was closed.
