Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan, Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, Donahue and Quimby.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Scatamacchia was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini of the designation of John Pettis as the Right of way Coordinator for Route 125/South Main st reconstruction project.

Councillor Macek submitted the Minutes of the Natural Resources & Public Property Committee meeting held December 3rd. On motion of Councillor Macek to send a letter to Mayor Fiorentini to accept recommendations of the subcommittee to allow installation of sign at City Hall and document pertaining to their lease would have to be updated to reflect change.
