December 29, 2009 Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Ryan,
Macek, Daly O’Brien, Hall, McGonagle, and Quimby. Records of the last meeting were approved. Councillor Ryan was appointed to read the records for the
present week. The following appointments were made by Mayor Fiorentini to the BRADFORD RAIL-TRAIL TASK FORCE:Frank M Healey and Leonard Finnegan. Resignation was received fromHeidi Griffin from the Planning Board. PLACED ON FILE 112-J PETITIONS Applications were received for COIN-OP RENEWALS from Market Basket, 400 Lowell av, 2 Kiddie Rides. GRANTED 8 Yeas, 0 Nays, 1 Absent 8-R Applications were received for the following 2010 Drainlayer licenses:

Grid for pole location on Winter st., plan 7556413. With Steven Soucy from National Grid appearing in favor and no one in opposition, the
hearing was closed. Document 114 Petition was received from John Morin/Neve-Morin Group on behalf of Livingstone Development Corp requesting City acceptKaren Way as a Public Way Conditional Favorable recommendation received from Planning Board andFavorable recommendationfrom Planning Director. Document 114-B ORDERED: That the following street herein described be accepted as a Public Way - Karen Way.
