LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek. Records of the last meeting were approved. Councillor Amirian was appointed to read the records
for the present week. Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini of the appointment
of Andrew K Herlihy as HAVERHILL’S REPRESENTATIVE TO the MERRIMACK VALLEY REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY BOARD. PETITIONS Applications were received for the following Tag Days:
GRANTED Yeas 8, Absent 1 COMMUNICATIONS Abatement report was received from Board of Assessors for January. Communication was received from Councillor Hall requesting to
discuss budget savings items. Communication was received from Councillor LePage requesting to
discuss the benefits of a City-wide, curb-side single stream recycling program. HEARING Councillor Michael Young recused himself. Hearing was held on Document 116, a petition from James H Lyons, Trustee Dennysville-Lyons Realty Trust requesting the City accept Lyons Councillor Young returns to Chamber UNFINISHED BUSINESS MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER 240 An Ordinance relating to Parking, 84B Arlington st ESTABLISH Handicap Parking MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER 240 An Ordinance relating to Parking, 37 St James av ESTABLISH Handicap Parking Application was received for a Livery license from Dean Manemanus 1 Vehicle at 236 Winter st.
