Meeting of the City Council was held at 7:00 o’clock P.M.

Present,-President Hart, Councillors Scatamacchia, Young, Hall, LePage, Daly O’Brien, Amirian and Macek.

Absent,-Councillor Ryan.

Records of the last meeting were approved.

Councillor Amirian was appointed to read the records for the present week.

Councillor Michael Young recused himself.

Hearing was held on Document 116, a petition from James H Lyons, Trustee Dennysville-Lyons Realty Trust requesting the City accept Lyons
Farmrd as a public street with Attorney Robert Hart appearing in favor and Holly DeLuca and Mr. DeLuca in opposition, the hearing was closed.
A conditional favorable recommendationwas received from the Planning Board &Planning Director.
