Councillor Ryan was appointed to read the records.

Communication was received from Mayor Fiorentini requesting to address Council regarding the City’s FY13 Budget.

ORDERED: That as part of the fiscal year 2013 annual budget the sum of $148,165,963 be and is hereby raised and appropriated within the categories as designated as appropriated on the attached and further that said appropriation be funded in the following manner: (see document for complete text)

ORDERED: That as part of fiscal year 2013 annual budget the sum of $7,953,571 be appropriated to operate the Wastewater Department for items marked as appropriation on the attached and $8,035,461 come from Wastewater revenue, $430,860 to come from Wastewater available fund balance and that $512,750 be appropriated in the General Fund and funded from Wastewater receipts.
