Councillor LePage presented the Minutes of the Administration and Finance Committee meeting held on May 15, 2013 regarding the Veterans Memorial Skating Rink. The Committee’s recommendation was that the City Solicitor draft an ordinance for the oversight of the skating rink similar to the Stadium Commission.
