5. Order authorize Mayor to execute deed to Bradford Christian Academy to effectuate
sale of property located on Oxford av and S st; Assessor’s Map 731, Block 767, Lots 1,2,3,4 and 15 with conditions

6. Order that property at O Lakeshore rd Boxford, MA; Boxford Assessor’s Map 3, Block 1, Lot 5, containing approximately 11.4 acres be declared surplus; also that Town of Boxford shall have first right of refusal to purchase land and also if Boxford does not exercise this right Mayor is authorized to issue request for proposals for sale of property for not less than $750,000.00
