11. Appropriate $99,767.69 from Free Cash and transfer $64,849 to Water expenses and $34,918.69 to Wastewater expenses to fund the Beede Waste Oil settlement

12. Order declare portion surplus premises at 500 Primrose st; Assessor’s Map 649 Block 611, Lot 2 for purposes of leasing to install wireless communications equipment & also Authorize Mayor to issue RFP for purposes of locating a cell tower on said portion
