8.1 Order: That the City Council of the City of Haverhill accept the provisions of Chapter 188, Section 19, of the Acts of 2010 which would increase the Cost of living adjustment base in $1,000 increments each for FY 14, FY 15, and FY 16 such that any cost of living adjustment granted by the Haverhill Retirement Board will be based upon $13,000 for FY 14, $14,000 for FY 15 and $15,000 for FY 16 Attachment

8.2 Order: That the City Council of the City of Haverhill accept the provisions of Chapter 139 of the Acts of 2012, the so-called “widow’s pension,” which would amend the provisions of M.G.L. c. 32, § 101 to increase the benefit of the widow/widower of a member retired for accidental disability retirement before August 9, 1996 from $9,000 to $12,000 annually Attachment
