- During the month of June, meetings are held the first, second, & fourth Tuesday only
- During the Months of July & August, Meetings are held second & fourth Tuesday only
- There is no meeting the Tuesday after the Presidents' Day holiday, Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and the Tuesday of Christmas week.
- City Council may at any meeting, by majority vote, discontinue any further meetings
