AMENDED AGENDA

The Haverhill Board of Appeals will hold A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY EVENING MARCH 17, 2010 AT
7:00 P.M. in ROOM 202, CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, HAVERHILL, CITY HALL, to hear the following items:

CONTINUED FROM FEBRUARY 17, 2010 MEETING:

1. MCL Contracting for Unnumbered Liberty Street: Applicant owns 19 acres with 25’ frontage on Liberty Street where 200’ is required. Premises are grand fathered, but lack 50’ of usable frontage; one single family dwelling on 6.7 acres deeded to the City for the Crystal Lake Watershed, lot width of 40’ where 150’ is required.

NEW BUSINESS:

2. T-Mobile North East LLC, A wholly owned subsidiary of T-Mobile USA, Inc. for 75 Willow Avenue:
Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance for height and set back provisions of Section for Wireless Service Facilities (§255-103); additionally, the Applicant seeks a Special Permit pursuant to Section to allow construction of a 140’ Wireless Service Facility in the SC Zone with associated equipment located at the base.

3. Goodman Networks on behalf of Clear Wireless LLC for 199/108A Observatory Avenue: Applicant wishes to install wireless equipment at an already existing Wireless Service Facility.

4. Goodman Networks on behalf of Clear Wireless LLC for 41 Powder House Avenue: Applicant wishes to install wireless equipment at an already existing Wireless Service Facility.

5. Goodman Networks on behalf of Clear Wireless LLC for 183 Ferry Road: Applicant wishes to install wireless equipment at an already existing Wireless Service Facility.

6. Windham Realty for Unnumbered Bank Road: Applicant wishes to erect sign to identify three (3) Auto Dealerships on adjoining property.

7. Andrew DeLuca for 61 Park Street: Applicant seeks a Dimensional Variance to construct a 28’ x 24’ x 2-story garage addition with 19’ rear set back where 30’ required.

ANY OTHER MATTER:

8. Bay State Pallet Co., Inc for 15 Foundation Avenue: Applicant seeks a six-month Extension of a Dimensional Variance issued April 16, 2008.
