HAVERHILL PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 2-8-12 Planning Board Meeting

The Haverhill Planning Board will hold its public meeting on WEDNESDAY, February 8, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. in ROOM 202, CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, HAVERHILL CITY HALL to hear the petitions listed below. (See the files in the Planning Dept. for further information.)

1. Erin Way Definitive Plan (Court Remand)—The applicant D&D Realty Trust/Richard Early, Jr. requested to continue this matter to the 11/9/2011 Planning Board Meeting. Location: Off Brandy Brow Road, Assessors Map 462, Block 203, Lot 12. (Continued from 6/8/05, 9/14/05, 10/12/05, 11/9/05, 1/11/06, 4/12/06, 6/14/06, 8/9/06, 9/13/06, 11/8/06, 2/14/07, 4/11/07, 8/8/07, 11/14/07, 4/9/08, 8/13/08, 10/8/08, 2/11/09, 6/10/09, 12/9/09, 6/9/10, 10/13/10, 9/14/11, 11/9/11, 12/14/11)

2. Frontage Waiver for 135-147 Washington Street—The applicant Paul Bergman and the owner, Chi Lan Nguyen request that the board approve the frontage waiver for the cited property. A variance was previously granted by the Board of Appeals for frontage of 69.49’ where 100 feet is required in the CG Zone. Northpoint Survey prepared the plans.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES:

3. Crafts Street Definitive Escrowthe developer submitted a request to reduce the amount being held for completion of work within the cited development.

4. Carrington Estates EscrowExpiration date for performance guarantee agreement coming due 5/19/12.

5. Whittier Estates EscrowExpiration of performance guarantee agreement coming due on 5/12/12 for performance
