The City of Haverhill is using a new company to process online transactions for REAL ESTATE, PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND MOTOR EXCISE bills. Please read directions carefully when visiting the web page as the new payment system has some great advantages. You now have the ability to view and print your bills and see your current balances. Also you will only need to input your Last name OR parcel Identification number. Please do not enter both while paying and viewing your real estate or personal property bills.
