DYE TESTING REGULATION

The Board of Health, City of Haverhill, on January 24, 1989, under the authority granted by Section 31B of Chapter 111 of the Massachusetts General Laws promulgated and adopted the following.

Effective February 1, 1989, there will be a $25.00 fee for any dye-test the Haverhill Health Department is requested to perform. However, the fee will be waived if the dye-test was initiated by the Haverhill Health Department in its investigation of a failed system.
