Q: What days can I drop off grass & leaves at the recycling center?
A:Monday through Saturday. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Yard closes on December 15th (tentative, depending on the weather).

Q: How much does the compost cost?
A: Compost is $12.00 per yard - Delivery fee is $20.00 per load.

Q: Do you have sand in the winter that the City's residents can pick up?
A: Yes. Residents are allowed to pick up two (2) full 5-gallon buckets per storm.

Q: How do I get my street re-paved?
A: Call the highway dispatcher and the general foreman will check the street and if he thinks it is needed, he will put it on the Chapter 90 paving list for the following fiscal year.

Q: How do I get a tree trimmed or a dead tree removed?
A: Call the highway dispatcher, who in turn will put in a work order to have the Tree Foreman check out the condition. Please note that tree work could take up to as long as 4 years depending on severity.

A: Call the Wastewater Department at (978) 374-2382.
