The Haverhill License Commission will conduct a meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 7:00 PM., Room 202, City Council Chambers.

  1. Application for approval of a Wine and Malt Special License from Crescent Yacht Club, for Lou Marcel Canoe Race to be held on Saturday June 5 2010, 10am-4pm. Robert Jusko, applicant.

  2. Application for approval of an All Alcohol Special License from Holy Apostles Greek Orth Church, for a Spring Fling event to be held on Saturday May 8 2010, 8pm-1 am. Constantine Nifakos, applicant.

  3. Application for pre approval of a Common Victuallers License from Brothers Partners d/b/a Brothers Pizza located at 755A Main St. , Angelo Asprogianis, applicant.

  4. Application for pre approval of a Common Victuallers License from Boston Pizza Company located at 150 Washington St., Dan Costello, applicant.

  5. Show Cause Hearing: RG’s Pub, 242 Winter Street regarding incidents on Police Report dated 1/1/2010 regarding incident on 12/31/09.

  6. Show Cause Hearing: Lorraine Post Bldg Assoc, inc d/b/a VFW, 64 Kenoza Avenue regarding incident on Police Report dated 3/24/2010: Municipal By-Law /Ordinance Violation(CIV) C40 S21
