The meeting of the License Commission was held at 7:00 PM., in Room 202, City Council Chambers, City Hall.

Present: Chairman Edwards, Commissioner Sullivan

On the motion of Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Chairman Edwards, the minutes for the October meeting were accepted and unanimously approved.

Application was received for approval of a change of manager of an All Alcohol Club License for Crescent Yacht d/b/a Crescent Yacht Club from Jeffrey Leblanc to Robert J. Jusko. Robert J. Jusko, applicant. Robert Jusko appeared in favor and no one appeared in opposition. On the motion of Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Chairman Edwards, the application was unanimously approved.

Application was received for pre approval of a Common Victuallers License from The Grill Next Door located at 653 Broadway. Susan Garland, applicant. Susan Garland appeared in favor and no one appeared in opposition. On the motion of Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Chairman Edwards, the application was unanimously approved.

Application was received for approval of a transfer of Common Victuallers License from Dino’s Pizza located at 181 Groveland Street. Ramez Hanna to Charles Manjounes, applicant. Mrs. Manjounes appeared in favor and no one appeared in opposition. On the motion of Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Chairman Edwards, the application was unanimously approved.

Application was received for a One Day All Alcohol License for George’s at The
Vault, for Saturday November 8, 2008, for Haverhill Historical Society’s Annual Scavenger Hunt. Lisa Polasek, Applicant. Lisa Polasek spoke in favor and no one appeared in opposition. On the motion of Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Chairman Edwards, the application was unanimously approved.

Application was received for approval of an All Alcohol Club License from Bernard J Goulet d/b/a Apollo Club III, Inc located at 155 Winter Street. Bernard J Goulet, applicant.
